Every paid dollar since launch, month by month.

Pulled from the Shopify Admin API on October 30, 2026 and computed on paid orders only — wholesale split out, $0 seeding excluded, repeat measured on customers old enough to reorder. The CSV is downloadable.

Monthly paid revenue since launch

Computed from the Shopify order ledger on October 30, 2026: every order since Mar 16, grouped by month, paid (revenue > $0) separated from $0 seeding, wholesale separated from DTC by order tag. May carries the Meta learning-phase test; June is the post-test trough and the QC rebuild; August is wholesale opening.

Seeding is a choice, not a demand problem. 334 of 738 post-launch orders (45%) were deliberate $0 shipments — creator gifts, event samples, buyer samples and the Cosmoprof booth allocation — booked at full price with a 100% discount, which is why gross sales in Shopify reads ~5× net. Every metric here uses paid orders only.

What moved in August. Wholesale: five inbound Faire orders (C.O. DTC continued with Meta held at a deliberate trickle (~one purchase a day) — it fully relaunches behind the V2 reload.

Repeat cohort

Paid DTC customers grouped by Shopify customer id; wholesale and $0 orders excluded. "Mature" = first paid order delivered at least 60 days before October 30, 2026, i.e. received long enough ago to have reordered. Two confirmed split records (one person, two email addresses) are merged. Since 6 Oct 2026 a reorder counts wherever it lands: Amazon orders (live since 9 Aug) are matched to the same customers by ship-to name and address, so a customer who first bought on roonbody.com and came back on Amazon is a repeat.

The official basis (refreshed 22 Sep 2026; cross-channel since 6 Oct 2026). The stated repeat rate is 23.7% — 22 of 93, and maturity is measured from the day the carrier actually delivered the first order, not the day it was placed. That is the stricter and more honest gate: it excludes customers who are still waiting, so a wave of brand-new buyers cannot dilute the rate before they have had any chance to reorder. Measured delivery-to-reorder, the gap runs a median of 51 days, 86 at the 75th percentile and 126 at the 90th, which is why the window is set at 60 days; at a 90-day gate the same cohort reads 23.0%. 7 reorders have landed at 12 weeks or later — the refill engine the Discovery Set's ~12-week supply predicts — and that is the one that compounds. Monthly delivery cohorts hold steady at 29% (March), 20% (April) and 22% (May), so the rate is flat, not decaying. Amazon is now part of the count: 3 of the 22 repeats placed their reorder on Amazon rather than on roonbody.com (one of them a third order at 13 weeks), which a Shopify-only read would miss entirely — and the reverse flow is already visible, with three Amazon first-time buyers coming to roonbody.com for their second order.

Paid acquisition

Early Meta testing (Mar 11 – Jun 18, 2026) ran to train the pixel and establish the CAC↔LTV model the acquisition plan is built on, not to scale. Paid media relaunched on proven creative in August. Meta figures pulled from the ad account on Sep 16, 2026.

Returned ~$4K on ~$7K — a real return below the ROAS the company wants to hold, which is why paid media relaunched only behind inventory and a proven-creative rotation. September is the first month above 1.0 ROAS, with CAC down 53% from the test; first-order economics are on the Margins page.
